It also offers nitrogen fertilizers, nitrogen feed, ammonia, urea, nitrogen solutions, ammonium nitrate, and nitric acid. Based in Saskatoon, Canada, the company had 2008 revenue of about $9.4 billion and has about 1,780 employees. In September 2008, its Board of Directors approved an increase to the share repurchase program authorized in January 2008, raising the ceiling to approximately 10% of the public float or 31.5 million of the company's issued and outstanding common shares.
